The company started its activity in 1983, and since 1999 it has been operating as a
SPORTIS Joint Stock company

SPORTIS S.A. specializes in the design, production, service and repair of motor boats and other products made of GRP and coated fabrics as well as steel and aluminum outfitting.
SPORTIS S.A. is a leading Polish manufacturer of hybrid RIB boats. The company deliveres boats mainly to state services and organizations, as well as other institutional and individual recipients. A significant part of the recipients are foreign customers (e.g. Denmark, Norway, Israel).

Basic scope of activity
1. Design and production of motor boats
- RIB boats for professional and special purposes (especially for the Army, Border Guard, Police, WOPR, sports organizations) - up to 12.5 m long, with both open deck and cabin versions,
- RIB type boats for tourist and recreational purposes, RIB type - length 3.10 ÷ 8.30 m,
- RIB USV - 5.7 m,
- Inflatable boats - 3.1 ÷ 5.7 m.
The boats have the required certificates issued by the Classification Societies (mainly PRS).
A detailed offer is cataloged, with the possibility of adapting it to individual customer requirements.
2. Boat repair and service
- Comprehensive repairs and renovations of boats as well as service of outboard and stationary engines.
3. Equipment and accessories
- Life jackets and medical vests,
- Fishing, canoe and windsurfing vests,
- Buoyancy aids,
- Sailing clothes: storm jackets, soft-shell jackets,
- Sewing services.

3) PRS Approval Certificate No. KI / 06/710357 for:
- manufacturing of yachts and motor boats from polyester-glass laminate, up to 15 m of length,
- manufacturing of products from polyester-glass laminate/coated fabrics, which are components for the production of yachts and boats.
